OLY has secured us a great discount rate of $79/day for the three nights of Thursday, Friday, & Saturday; October 14, 15 & 16, 2010. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later you will qualify for that same rate for adjacent days. The $79 price is good for both one and two bed rooms.

The single bed will be King Size. The 2 bed Rooms have Queen or Full Size beds, but the renovations underway now should result in all of them having Queen Sizes beds. The bathrooms have all been newly renovated.

NOTE: This should not be an issue but should we end up w/ less than the 30 Room Minimum, the daily rate will go up $5 to $84.

OLY has blocked 30 Rooms. If more are needed they will be available as long as we all book early. Booking early can not be over-stressed. You have nothing to lose. Your credit card will not be billed and you can cancel if need be a day or two before [check their policy] if need be.

OLY has also arranged for us to be comped w/ a Hospitality Room that will accommodate 50-75. This room will be lockable and thus we can store food, drinks, and whatnot there.
